Gold Coast Interior Design Photography for PLK Design

When assessing the rooms you need to photograph, it’s important to take note of the lighting conditions. One side of the house may have a warm tone, while the other side may appear colder with a blue tinge. It’s best to avoid capturing the rooms with cool, blue lighting as much as possible. Instead, wait for the natural sunlight to move throughout the day, transforming the ‘blue rooms’ into warm, inviting spaces.
Understanding and adjusting colour temperature can greatly influence the mood and ambiance of your photographs.

Product Photography for Cosmetic Bags by Pip & Haze

It’s all smokes and mirrors baby … don’t have a photogenic bathroom? No worries, I created these different looks around my own home, as much as I try to keep my styling chaos for a shoot in my actual studio, it always spills into other rooms of my home … depending on where the natural light is hitting and what texture from my exisiting furniture I am wanting to use.

These beautiful cosmetic bags are by Pip and Haze, we loved getting to have a little fun and be creative for this colourful brand.

Gold Coast Skin Clinic Branding Photography for Skin Forum

Such a pleasure to capture this oh so very calm space. Skin Forum’s second Gold Coast location in Chirn Park.

A location and branding shoot, to use across their website, google page and social media. (and I have loved seeing how they have used their professional photography in their marketing, really making the most of it).

The brief was: MOODY …. The team wasn’t able to meet me at the location too early for the shoot, but using my various photography lighting tricks and techniques, I was able to bounce natural sunlight into the skin clinics entry foyer, and use only the feature lighting (no the downlights) to create the feel the client was after.

Byron Bay Airbnb Photography for Homi Stay, in Suffolk Park

Your shoot will be the best it can possibling be, if you have no restrictions on time, and you allow me to be at the home from sunrise to sunset. I do a lot of planning before the shoot, to predict the natural sunlight, but sometimes you just can’t predict exactly how it’s going to hit.

2 brothers are the masterminds behind this beautiful home. One half of the duo being Driftwood Design & Construct. It was a pleasure to spend the day at this Suffolk Park property (and come back for further shots of the pool in some really good midday sunlight, to get the pool glistening).

You’ll notice Drone photos in this gallery as well, something I am so excited to now be able to offer my clients, being able to provide that higher perspective to your projects is game changing.

This Byron Bay Airbnb, is located in Suffolk Park, a large home, great for families, or a group of friends … further details over here.

A peek at the house that broke the record … this Tweed Coast home sold for just under $7M, breaking the record and selling off the market as well. Sold by Nick Witheriff of LJ Hooker.

The home also features stunning work by Stone Style. Build by the incredible, Jayson Pate Design.

If you are reading this and were associated with the build of this home, I have a gallery of 100 photos to browse, if you would like to make a purchase to use the photos for your business. Just email me at: hello@tanikablair.com.au
